Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development and production systems.
• Experience with large language models and agentic AI systems.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise ML solutions at scale.
• Strong governance and architectural decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Build transformative ML systems from the ground up including generative AI platforms and multi-agent orchestration.
• Lead breakthrough AI innovation and experimentation while translating research into production capabilities.
• Define ML technical vision and architecture for scalable AI platforms.
• Mentor and coach engineers, collaborating with product and business partners.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and robust API development for ML deployments.
• Drive ML governance, monitor SLAs, and ensure reliable model performance.
• Shape team culture, guiding how AI innovation teams operate.
