Smartly is seeking a Senior Director, Organizational Transformation & Workforce Design to shape how we evolve as we scale globally and embed AI into work. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will translate business strategy into organizational structures, workforce models, and scalable transformation programs that enable teams to operate effectively at scale.

• Strong experience leading organizational transformation and design, including workforce design, strategy, or related work.
• Experience translating business strategy into practical organizational solutions.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy to implementation.
• Experience designing scalable leadership, manager, or organizational capability programs.
• Ability to advise and influence executive stakeholders and align diverse perspectives.
• Strong structured problem-solving to convert ambiguity into clear actions.
• Experience with change management and broad stakeholder engagement.

• Design how work evolves in an AI-enabled organization and rethink roles and workflows.
• Build scalable workforce frameworks including job architecture and career frameworks.

• Advise senior leaders on complex organizational challenges and decision-making.
• Align stakeholders across functions and geographies to ensure practical changes with measurable outcomes.
