Job summary

AND Digital is seeking a Director of AI Strategy and Innovation to partner with clients to design and deliver AI transformations, advising at C-suite level and aligning AI initiatives with business goals.

You will lead engagements across AI, automation and intelligent systems, contribute to market offerings, attend industry events, and represent the business. You will help grow the regional Club and drive thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Formal consulting or digital transformation experience delivering change.
• Understanding of modern technology-led organisations and impactful change.
• Knowledge of digital delivery - Strategy, AI, Technology, People implications.
• Ability to influence stakeholders with a recommended AI transformation approach.
• Passion for delivering change in complex, ambiguous circumstances.
• Demonstrable experience deploying AI into your ways of working.
• Experience consulting clients and/or implementing internal AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client engagement delivering all aspects through discussions with clients (not just following a specified statement of work).
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and Director-level stakeholders, influencing their AI strategy and change plans.
• Assess a client’s current state and envision their future to deliver on AI ambitions.
• Design new ways of working where digital, data and AI operate alongside other functions.
• Develop new and innovative thinking creating programmes of work and consulting engagements.
• Lead the compilation of compelling business cases to show value of AI changes.
• Transition organisations to new tech-led working through planning and change management.
• Engage senior executives to help understanding of AI and need for change.
• Get hands on with the work and produce outputs.
• Help grow the regional Club via leadership initiatives and thought leadership.
