Qualifications

• Extensive experience advising senior clients and managing large-scale relationships.
• Led complex Employee Experience, communication, engagement or transformation programmes from strategy to execution.
• Understanding of how AI and emerging tech reshape work, skills, culture and workforce expectations.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leaders; influence across organisations.
• Track record of generating revenue, shaping opportunities, pricing solutions and delivering commercial outcomes.
• Excellent facilitation, written, digital and verbal communication, and storytelling skills.
• Diagnose client issues and leverage specialist resources to solve challenges.
• Innovator mindset; turn ideas into practical progress for employee experiences.
• Availability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of Employee Experience and Engagement strategies for large-scale workforce transformations.
• Grow the AI Workforce Transformation agenda within EX and advise on readiness, adoption and culture change.
• Translate complex concepts into clear narratives and experience-driven deliverables across channels.
• Develop and deliver change acceleration strategies and roadmaps; mobilise leaders and HR.
• Lead business development, shaping opportunities, proposals, pricing and commercial outcomes.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams to expand integrated AI workforce work.
• Coach and mentor project teams; manage budgets, timelines and risks.
