Job summary

Jigsaw in the United Kingdom is seeking a Digital Trading Exec to oversee the end-to-end product launch process, manage category navigation, and coordinate with merch, copy and photography teams to ensure timely launches.

You will optimize on-site merchandising, upload content in Shopify, run daily site checks, and report site performance using GA4 and internal tools, with a focus on accuracy and fast-paced delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a Digital Trading Exec role or similar.
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end asset launch process including copy, image, and product information.
• Perform daily site checks to ensure pricing, promotions and merchandising rules are correct.
• Brief design team on content changes for campaigns and new services for timely launches.
• Upload content across Homepage, PLPs, PDPs, and Blogs in Shopify back office.
• Create and maintain category hierarchy, internal search terms and on-site navigation.
• Manage discount codes and track performance.
• Maintain Shopify back-office health and assist with site enhancements and testing.

Job description

Responsible for managing the product launch process across all Jigsaw.com working with merch, copy and photography teams to ensure timely launch of all products. Managing the website category hierarchy, filters and navigation as well as search and merch execution across categories, internal search and product recommendations.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end asset launch process, ensuring copy, image and product information is delivered on time to ensure items go live on stock arrival into the warehouse. Trouble shoot any price/image/copy issues online. Work with key stakeholders to achieve this.
• Perform daily site walks on the website to ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, promotions and merchandising rules.
• Brief the design team on content changes for campaign launches, seasonal changes and new services in a clear and concise way to ensure assets are created in time for launch dates.
• Upload content across Homepage, PLPs, PDPs, and Blogs in the Shopify back office
• Create new categories, manage the category hierarchy, internal search terms and on site navigation.
• Create and maintain discount codes for site wide launch codes, influencer codes and staff discount codes ensuring they are all recorded on a tracker and provide insights into performance
• Manage Shopify back office to ensure the system and apps are up to date and working efficiently
• Work along side the business transformation team on new website enhancements and support with trouble shooting issues and testing website fixes
• Supporting the Trading Manager on day to day and weekly reporting of site performance using GA4 and internal reporting systems

Skills, knowledge and experience:

• 2-3 years experience in a Digital Trading Exec role or similar (desirable)
• Logical and methodical with an eye for detail
• Flexible and able to adapt to business/trade changes
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Good written and verbal communication
