Job summary

Jigsaw is seeking an organised e-commerce coordinator to manage the end-to-end product launch process across the website. You will collaborate with merchandising, copy and photography teams to ensure timely live launches and accurate product information.

You will maintain the Shopify back office, update content across Homepage, PLPs and PDPs, and help optimise category navigation and search with data-driven insights from GA4. This role requires attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Shopify back office and product launches.
• Ability to coordinate with merch, copy and photography teams.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end asset launch process to ensure on-time go-live.
• Conduct daily site walks to verify pricing, promotions and merchandising rules.
• Brief design team for content changes to meet launch dates.
• Upload content across Homepage, PLPs, PDPs and Blogs in Shopify back office.
• Create and maintain categories, category hierarchy and on-site navigation.
• Manage discount codes for site-wide launches and influencer codes with tracking.
• Maintain Shopify back office and ensure apps are up to date.
