Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in IT, Computing, Systems Development or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working within an IT, systems, applications or technical environment, with knowledge of managing and supporting business systems.
• Experience managing, maintaining or upgrading IT systems and resolving technical issues.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a busy environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist technical support across IT systems, applications and services.
• Manage existing systems and contribute to development and implementation of new solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, users and suppliers to understand requirements and ensure service delivery.
• Coordinate system upgrades, releases and changes with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and identify improvements for reliability and user experience.
