Job summary

WSP in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to shape regional L&D delivery across the UK, Ireland and Africa. The role combines design, digital curation and programme delivery to ensure high‑quality learning experiences for employees.

You will work with HR, leaders and Global Learning Operations to implement and improve initiatives. The position focuses on compliance, learning technology, capability development and measurement, with travel to deliver regional

Qualifications

• Experience designing, curating and evaluating learning solutions.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning platforms.
• Experience supporting compliance or mandatory learning programmes.
• Strong knowledge of digital learning, learner experience and modern learning approaches.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate and deliver engaging learning solutions across digital, virtual, face‑to‑face and blended formats.
• Translate strategies into practical delivery plans with guidance from leadership.
• Contribute to regional and global L&D projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR and stakeholders to support learner engagement.
• Identify delivery risks and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Global Learning Operations to improve implementation and adoption.
• Provide reporting and insights on learning activity across the region.
