Job summary

Netcompany Group A/S in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team and drive improvements, efficiency, and faster delivery of software. You will help maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, implement container orchestration, and support cloud-native tooling across projects.

You will work closely with Development, QA, IT Operations, Infosec, and UCD to ensure best practices, reliability, and scalable solutions, while embracing a culture of agility and

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong knowledge in AWS and CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance.
• Practical experience using Terraform, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Required: AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Good to have: GitLab CI/CD, Bash scripting, ArgoCD, Java (Spring), Kafka, Liquibase

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience of DevOps tooling, containers and containerisation.
• Communication: Able to speak to stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical implementation.
• Facilitate information/business knowledge: act as a business SME and support a unified DevOps team.
• Stakeholder Management: negotiate and influence to keep service running effectively.
