Job summary

Alchemy Cloud Inc. is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE to manage, expand and modernize our AWS-based cloud platform. You will own infrastructure as code (Terraform), review and enhance deployment pipelines, and improve reliability, security, and cost efficiency in a fast-moving environment.

You will join a small team with Europe-hours alignment and substantial on-call responsibility. Remote, hybrid, or in-office options depend on city, with English as corporate language.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps / infrastructure / SRE; 7+ preferred.
• Experience operating and modernizing cloud platforms.
• Strong automation, security and cost optimization focus.

Responsibilities

• Expand and maintain Terraform coverage and move resources under code management.
• Own and improve GitHub Actions and Jenkins pipelines with environment automation.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and improve production reliability; handle on-call duties.
• Optimize cloud costs through right-sizing and lifecycle management.
• Support deployments into customer-managed AWS environments with clear documentation.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and support compliance requirements.
• Build internal tooling to improve environment management and observability.
