Job summary

Scrumconnect is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to build, manage, and optimise cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments across development, test, staging, and production environments in a large-scale digital services platform.

You will collaborate with software developers, architects, testers and delivery teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions while adhering to FinOps and WCAG principles. Remote UK-based role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience managing multiple environments within AWS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and manage AWS environments across development, test, staging, and production.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Git-based tooling.
• Manage AWS infrastructure for React front-end, microservices, Lambda, and Kafka.
• Support secure networking with Transit Gateway and PrivateLink.
• Ensure cloud security and FinOps practices.
