Sanctuary Group is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead the delivery of a wide-building remediation portfolio. You will drive procurement, manage projects and ensure value for money within budgets, while coordinating internal teams and external contractors.

The role reports to the Head of Development and involves navigating funding requirements, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with the Building Safety regime. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience in social housing or similar environment.
• Experience coordinating consultant teams and procuring contractors.
• Proven track record in people management and development.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers and partners.
