Job summary

Irwin and Colton is seeking a Remediation Project Manager to lead building safety and structural remediation across residential portfolios. You will drive projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety standards, budgets, and timelines are met while coordinating with contractors, owners, and residents.

The role requires strong knowledge of building safety legislation (including the Building Safety Act 2022) and a willingness to travel across the UK to sites to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential property management and repair projects.
• Strong knowledge of building safety legislation (incl. Building Safety Act 2022) and remediation processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse audiences.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate building safety and structural remediation projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet safety standards, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders including contractors, property owners, and residents to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to support successful delivery.
• Oversee project budgets and funding, ensuring compliance with legislative and funding requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and audit trails to ensure transparency and compliance.
