Job summary

Future Build Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Scotland to lead a portfolio of complex remediation projects, including recladding and internal fire remediation works on legacy buildings above 11m. You will work within the Special Projects Division, delivering high-profile programmes and liaising with executive leadership.

The role requires strong commercial and PM expertise, deep knowledge of Building Safety legislation, and excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and project management expertise.
• Knowledge of Building Safety legislation, CDM and H&S requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex remediation projects across Scotland.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, residents and senior stakeholders.
• Travel between sites; oversee delivery, safety and customer experience.
