Job summary

Future Build Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Special Projects Division, covering London and the South. The role focuses on complex remediation work and building safety compliance, reporting to senior leadership on a strategic portfolio.

Lead high-profile recladding and internal fire remediation schemes above 11m, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors and stakeholders to deliver first-class outcomes. Hybrid travel between sites is required.

Project Manager – Special Projects Division | London and the South

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take on complex, high-profile remediation projects and make a real impact on building safety?

Our Client is looking for a Project Manager to join their Special Projects Team in a Senior role, taking responsibility for a portfolio of complex building remediation projects across London and the Southern Home Counties, including recladding and internal fire remediation works on legacy buildings above 11m.

With over £300m worth of projects to complete, this is a long-term opportunity to play a key role in delivering a significant programme of work for the business, working directly with the exucutive leadership of the business.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong commercial and project management expertise
• Knowledge of Building Safety legislation, CDM and H&S requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A strong, tenacious personality with the drive to lead projects and deliver results

The role will involve managing multiple projects so travel between sites will be required and there is flexibility around working between site visits, across a lrge network of offices and home working, depending on project requirements.

You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, freeholders, residents and senior stakeholders - playing a key role in delivering successful outcomes and an exceptional customer experience.
