Sanctuary is seeking a Senior Development Manager - Remediation to lead the procurement, delivery and management of a portfolio of building remediation projects. You will drive timely, high-quality completion while adhering to budgets and funding requirements, coordinating consultants and contractors.

The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners and ensuring compliance with legislation and governance across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery experience in social housing environments.
• Experience coordinating consultant teams and procuring contractors.
• Experience managing statutory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, delivery and management of remediation projects.
• Ensuring the delivery of high quality and value for money building remediation within budgets, through financial management.
• Developing and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external customers and strategic partners.
