Job summary

Future Build Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Special Projects Division, covering London and the South. The role focuses on complex remediation work and building safety compliance, reporting to senior leadership on a strategic portfolio.

Lead high-profile recladding and internal fire remediation schemes above 11m, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors and stakeholders to deliver first-class outcomes. Hybrid travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and project management expertise.
• Knowledge of Building Safety legislation, CDM and H&S requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong, tenacious personality with the drive to lead projects and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of complex remediation projects across London and the South.
• Travel between sites and manage multiple projects with a hybrid working model.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Deliver successful outcomes and exceptional customer experience on high-profile schemes.
