The Senior Development Manager – Sitewide Systems Infrastructure will work within the Sitewide Development organization, overseeing and coordinating multidisciplinary development projects. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet strategic, budgetary, and timeline objectives.

REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY

• Oversee projects aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and standards.
• Provide executive leadership with key data for strategic decisions.
• Document the full lifecycle of projects, including scope, budget, and performance.
• Ensure full implementation of internal procedures and best practices.

Experience: 5–10 years of demonstrated project management experience.

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES

Stakeholder Management

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
• Build collaborative relationships and manage expectations.
• Proactively address conflicts and mediate disputes when needed.
• Work closely with internal teams to align stakeholder needs with strategic goals.

Project Management

• Oversee the design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure developments.
• Bridge Development, Project Management, Construction, Cost, and Infrastructure teams.
• Develop design strategies that optimize both commercial and design outcomes.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and engineers to meet design and safety specifications.
• Contribute to procurement, contract and cost management, and construction planning.
• Ensure consistency in development briefs, feasibility studies, and authority submissions.

Leadership

• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support decision-making.
• Apply data analytics to refine strategies and improve delivery outcomes.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in project or development management roles.
• Strong understanding of planning processes, authority liaison, and construction fundamentals.
• Capable of developing and contributing to development briefs and feasibility studies.
• Extensive experience in residential real estate design and delivery.
• Strong commercial insight and ability to evaluate value-add opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with a GDV of $1B+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Master Planning, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
• Professional registration (e.g., PMP, CIOB, MICE, PE) is highly desirable.
