Job summary

MWH Treatment is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead the design lifecycle on a range of water and wastewater projects in the Southern Division with flexible working options. You will steer multidisciplinary teams, ensuring robust, buildable solutions that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Engineering degree and Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.
Experience in multidisciplinary design management.
Knowledge of construction health and safety and CDM requirements.
Experience in water or wastewater sector is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Leading engineering and design delivery across a portfolio of projects from scope through handover.
Ensure designs meet health and safety, quality, technical, environmental and governance requirements.
Collaborate with designers, specialists, suppliers, construction teams and clients to achieve project outcomes.
Manage design plans, deliverables, risks, decisions, change control and monthly reporting.
Promote open communication, challenge, learning and continuous improvement.
