Job Overview

Dental Recruitment Group Ltd are working with a brand new mixed NHS/Private dental practice in Surrey, who are seeking a Full time Senior Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis. Start Date: March 2026

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in restorative and preventive procedures; maintain asepsis and patient dignity.
  • Lead infection prevention and control; conduct audits; ensure compliance with CQC and GDC standards.
  • Supervise the nursing team; conduct appraisals; support recruitment and training.
  • Ensure efficient surgery preparation and resource management.
  • Provide compassionate care and promote preventive oral health.
Qualifications
  • NEBDN National Diploma or equivalent; GDC registration.
  • Significant experience in a busy dental environment; proven leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of HTM 01-05, CQC standards, and infection control practices.
