Job summary

Aws Emea Sarl (Uk Branch) is seeking a Senior Delivery Practice Manager to lead the ProServe Shared Delivery Team. You will manage a team of ProServe Managers and Delivery Consultants and define the strategy for this customer segment in collaboration with sales leadership.

You'll translate complex cloud and delivery concepts into business value, engage with Director and CIO-level executives, drive engagements, and optimize team performance through tailored development plans and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/math/related field is required.
• Experience leading a large consulting/ delivery practice with P&L responsibility.
• Deep understanding of cloud migration and IaaS transition challenges.
• Strong enterprise architecture knowledge including virtualization/distributed systems.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of Managers and Delivery Consultants.
• Define strategy for the ProServe delivery organization in collaboration with sales leaders.
• Develop and oversee innovative IT strategies for customer engagements.
• Manage practice P&L and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Drive business development initiatives and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
