Job summary

AWS Professional Services is seeking a Senior Delivery Practice Manager to lead the ProServe Shared Delivery Team in the UK. You will manage a team of Delivery Managers and Delivery Consultants, shaping delivery strategy in collaboration with sales and account leadership.

With a background in IT or management consulting, you will translate complex technical concepts into business value, oversee portfolio delivery, and drive customer satisfaction targets across strategic engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience leading consulting or delivery teams with 50+ staff and P&L responsibility.
• Experience with enterprise architecture including virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Managers and Delivery Consultants.
• Define the strategy for the organisation through collaboration with leaders in the corresponding Account and ProServe Sales Team.
• Developing and overseeing the implementation of innovative, forward-looking IT strategies for customers.
• Managing practice P&L, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of customer engagements.
• Driving business development initiatives and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
