Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Delivery Practice Manager to lead the ProServe Shared Delivery Team. You will manage a team of ProServe Managers and Delivery Consultants and work with sales and account leadership to define the strategy for this customer segment.

Leveraging IT and management consulting experience, you will advise customers, partners, and internal AWS teams, engaging with senior executives and governing boards, driving engagement delivery and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Building and managing a high-performing team of Managers and Delivery Consultants
• Defining the strategy for the organisation in collaboration with Account and ProServe Sales teams
• Developing and overseeing innovative IT strategies for customers
