Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Delivery Practice Manager to lead the ProServe SDT, shaping strategy with sales and account leaders. You will guide a team of ProServe Managers and Delivery Consultants, translate client needs into delivery plans, and drive engagement and customer satisfaction across global engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience with consulting practice leadership as manager of managers with team size 50+ and P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT landscape and IT strategy for customers.

• Building and managing a high-performing team of Managers and Delivery Consultants.
• Defining strategy in collaboration with Account and ProServe Sales Team.
• Overseeing implementation of innovative IT strategies for customers.
