Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking an experienced Delivery Practice Manager to lead the ProServe Shared Delivery Team. You will manage Delivery Consultants delivering enterprise cloud transformations for AWS customers, guiding engagement delivery and portfolio oversight.

You will engage with senior executives, translate technical concepts into business value, and drive business development alongside partner networks, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with IaaS cloud transition challenges.
• Background in IT consulting or IT management.
• Proven program or engagement management experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain top talent; set objectives and coach the team.
• Engage with enterprise customers to understand business drivers and strategy.
• Support delivery of projects with quality, on time and budget.
• Collaborate with partners and SI/ISV/MSP ecosystems for joint engagements.
