Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Delivery Practice Manager to lead the ProServe Shared Delivery Team, guiding Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers on transformative cloud projects for enterprise customers.

You will engage with senior executives, shape delivery strategy, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while driving business development and customer satisfaction across AWS Professional Services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
Experience in IT consulting/management with IT transformation in a customer-facing role.
Experience in program or engagement management, leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects.
Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects.

Responsibilities

Building and managing a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants.
Collaborating with Delivery Consultants, Engagement Managers, Account Executives, and Cloud Architects to deploy solutions and provide input on new features.
Developing and overseeing the implementation of innovative IT strategies for customers.
Managing practice P&L, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of customer engagements.
Driving business development initiatives and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
