Job summary

WTW is recruiting a Senior DC Pensions Administrator for the Redhill office, operating on a hybrid basis. You will mentor Junior Pensions Administrators and oversee day-to-day queries from members and clients in DC pension schemes.

You will work with the Team Leader to meet SLAs and may deputise in their absence. You will be the senior technical reference on complex cases, review work from less experienced colleagues, and support training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience of administering occupational pension schemes, especially DC schemes.
• Coaching and supporting less experienced associates.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management and ability to prioritise workload.
• Accurate and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle member and client queries for DC pension schemes.
• Ensure service levels and performance standards are met with Team Leader support.
• Deputise for Team Leader when needed.
• Be a senior reference on technical issues and non-standard cases.
• Review and challenge work of junior associates and ensure tasks are completed.
• Train and mentor junior staff; provide regular feedback.
• Assist in complex projects and complaints handling.
• Identify improvements in client service and communicate findings.
