Job summary

WTW in Leeds/Redhill is seeking a Senior Projects Pensions Administrator to join our Outsourcing team on a hybrid basis. You will collaborate with the Team Leader to meet delivery promises and performance standards, support senior associates with pension increases, statements, reports and automated calculation testing, and coach juniors to achieve Right First-Time targets.

You’ll handle complex pension calculations across DB and DC schemes, manage data quality and large mailing projects, and

Qualifications

• Experience in occupational pension administration (DB or DC) essential.
• Ability to carry out and manage high volumes of work with accuracy.
• Experience coaching and supporting less experienced colleagues.
• Experience in managing small projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Team Leader to ensure delivery promises and performance standards are met.
• Support senior associates with pension increases, benefit statements, administration reports, monthly reporting and automated calculation testing.
• Checks and monitors work of junior colleagues to support Right First-Time targets.
• Handles complex pension calculations, data entry and queries across DB and DC schemes.
• Monitors projects and budgets, scoping costs and tracking spend.
• Develops test packs for automation and signs off calculations for DB/DC members.
• Assists in due diligence and data quality improvements, and manages data cleaning requirements.
• Acts as key contact for projects and maintains client relationships.
