Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Defined Contribution Pensions and Employee Benefits (DC&B) specialist at Senior Associate level to join our rapidly growing pensions team across the UK. You’ll work closely with the DB pension consulting and Reward & Employment teams within our People & Organisation network.

You will design retirement savings plans, improve employee wellbeing, and drive engagement and education around benefits and pensions while supporting business growth and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in defined contribution pensions and employee benefits.
• Ability to manage client activity and communications.
• Ability to delegate work and develop juniors.

Responsibilities

• Help clients navigate complex DC pension rules and provide guidance.
• Design retirement savings plans and enhance benefits for employees.
• Manage client portfolios, reports, communications and provider terms.
• Support business growth by shaping propositions and internal networks.
