Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Senior Projects Pensions Administrator to join our Outsourcing team in the Leeds or Redhill office with hybrid working. You will support senior colleagues in producing pension increases, statements, and reports, while managing large projects and driving automation across DB and DC schemes.

You will coach junior staff, monitor project progress, and collaborate with clients to improve service delivery and efficiency in a dynamic pension administration environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an occupational pension administration team (DB or DC pensions)
• Ability to manage high volumes of work with accuracy
• Experience coaching and mentoring colleagues
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and proficiency with Excel/Word

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Team Leader to meet delivery promises and performance standards
• Support senior associates with pension increases, benefit statements, administration reports, and testing of automated calculations
• Supervise junior colleagues to ensure Right First-Time targets
• Handle complex pension calculations and data-entry across multiple schemes
• Scope project costs and monitor spend to ensure budget compliance
• Develop test packs and supports automation initiatives for DB and DC members
• Act as a key contact for projects and maintain client relationships
• Escalate technical issues and non-standard cases as needed
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Coach and mentor junior staff to support wider team development
