Job summary

WTW, based in Redhill, is seeking a Senior DC Pensions Administrator to join our Outsourcing team on a hybrid basis. You will mentor and check the work of Junior Pensions Administrators, servicing member and client queries related to DC pension schemes.

In this role you will deputise for the Team Leader, ensure service levels are achieved, and act as a senior reference on technical issues and non-standard cases.

Qualifications

• Experience administering occupational pension schemes, especially DC schemes.
• Proven ability to coach and support junior staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent time management and workload prioritisation.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Customer and quality focused mind-set.
• Proficient computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Service member and client queries on DC pension schemes.
• Ensure SLA targets and performance standards are met with Team Leader.
• Deputise for the Team Leader when required.
• Be a senior reference on technical issues and non-standard cases.
• Check and challenge work of junior associates.
• Train, support and mentor junior staff with regular feedback.
• Assist in complex or project work including complaints.
• Identify service improvements and communicate findings to the Team Leader.
• Meet targets and deadlines.
