WTW invites a Pensions Administration Manager to join the Outsourcing line in our Redhill office, operating in a hybrid model. You will lead a multi-client pension administration service, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across complex schemes.

You will work with sales on new business pitches, travel within the UK, and drive staffing, training, and process improvements to maximise productivity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pension administration teams or similar teams.
• Proven ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects.
