WTW in Redhill is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to join our Outsourcing team on a hybrid basis. You will handle complex DB and DC pension calculations and client queries, while supervising and supporting junior colleagues to ensure high quality, accurate work and timely delivery.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of schemes, involvement in project work, and opportunities to mentor others as part of a collaborative pensions team.

Qualifications

• Experience in pension administration, including retirements, transfers and deaths.
• Knowledge of pensions legislation and regulations.
• Experience with DB manual calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to manage high volumes with accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Excel and Word.
• Coaching and supporting junior colleagues.
• Experience in hybrid/multi-site teams is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage complex pensions calculations and queries across various processes.
• Check and mentor junior colleagues to ensure accuracy.
• Act as escalation point for technical issues and client concerns.
• Apply pension legislation knowledge to day-to-day work.
• Support Team Leader to meet SLAs and coordinate workload.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Identify service improvements and implement processes.
• Contribute to complex and project-based work as needed.
