Hertfordshire County Council is recruiting a Day Service Senior Support Worker to provide person-centred support in day centres across Hertfordshire. The role focuses on leading daily programmes, developing personalised care plans and coordinating with families, health professionals and social care colleagues.

The position is permanent, with a starting salary of £27,694 rising to £32,046 per annum (pro rata for part-time).

Qualifications

• Experience as a Day Service Support Worker.
• RQF Level 2 award or equivalent.
• Training provided to develop additional required skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily programmes and communicate changes to senior staff and managers.
• Develop and implement individual support plans with families and health professionals.
• Undertake medication duties, including administration and recording.
