Making Space Charity in Ellesmere Port is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join our new home care service. You will support adults in their own homes, lead a team, and ensure care plans are person-centred and up to date.

The role involves working 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 7am and 11pm, including some weekends. Salary £27,105 per annum, with a paid induction and progression opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in care settings and supporting adults in their own homes.
• Ability to lead and supervise Support Workers.
• Willingness to undertake DBS checks and safeguarding training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centred care and support to adults in their homes.
• Act as a Key Worker for assessments and care planning.
• Supervise staff and delegate responsibilities to Support Workers.
