Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to own marketing measurement across a fast-growing business. You will work with the Head of Performance Marketing to evaluate effectiveness, optimize acquisition, and drive budget growth through MMM, LTV, and experiments.

You will build models in Python/SQL, leverage Snowflake and dbt, and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders while pushing AI-enabled workflows to accelerate analytics.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) in a commercial setting.
• Ability to design and measure marketing incrementality through experiments and lift studies.
• Advanced customer lifetime value (LTV) modelling with insights that drive acquisition and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of marketing performance, attribution and channel effectiveness.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for building, validating and deploying models.
• Experience with Snowflake and dbt for data modeling and transformation.
• Excellent communication of technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative partner to performance marketing teams to optimise spend.

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop the Marketing Mix Modelling framework to guide investment decisions.
• Analyse channel effectiveness and identify diminishing returns across paid media.
• Build and maintain LTV models to support acquisition and budgeting.
• Measure marketing incrementality through experiments, lift studies, geo-testing and causal inference.
• Translate modelling outputs into clear budget recommendations and actions.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to optimise customer acquisition performance as investment scales.
• Develop predictive models and analytics solutions using Python and SQL.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate coding, experimentation and workflows.
• Drive best practice across marketing measurement, attribution and performance analytics.
