Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to own the marketing measurement framework and influence budget allocation across acquisition channels. This fully remote UK role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and data-driven decision-making.

You will design MMM, run incrementality tests, improve attribution, and build LTV models, translating complex insights into actionable guidance for marketing teams.

Formación

• Strong commercial experience in Marketing Mix Modelling and marketing measurement.
• Experience with incrementality testing, geo experiments and attribution methodologies.
• Advanced SQL and Python for analysis and modelling.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt and cloud analytics environments.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop the Marketing Mix Modelling framework to evaluate channel performance and acquisition costs.
• Design and measure incrementality experiments including lift studies and geo tests.
• Improve marketing attribution and signal quality in evolving privacy landscape.
• Build and maintain Customer Lifetime Value models to support bidding and forecasting.
• Translate statistical outputs into actionable recommendations for marketing stakeholders.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimise budget allocation.
