Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in Marketing Mix Modelling or marketing analytics.
• Deep understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, regression and causal inference.
• Experience designing and evaluating marketing experiments and lift studies.
• Advanced SQL and hands-on Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels).
• Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt and cloud analytics environments.
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms and attribution challenges.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytical workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve MMM framework using tools like Meridian, Robyn or PyMC-Marketing.
• Deliver budget allocation recommendations via response curves and saturation modeling.
• Design, validate and analyse incrementality tests including geo experiments and holdouts.
• Measure and improve marketing effectiveness across paid channels (Google/Meta).
• Develop and maintain LTV models to support acquisition and retention decisions.
• Apply predictive and uplift modelling to optimise targeting and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate findings into recommendations.
• Champion robust experimentation standards and causal measurement methodologies.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis while maintaining rigor.
