Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to own the organisation's marketing measurement capabilities and shape how acquisition budgets are allocated. You will lead Marketing Mix Modelling, design incrementality experiments, and improve attribution within a privacy-aware landscape.

The role offers fully remote work within the UK and involves building LTV models, communicating complex findings to stakeholders, and collaborating with performance marketing teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in Marketing Mix Modelling or marketing measurement.
• Experience designing and analyzing incrementality experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Marketing Mix Modelling framework to evaluate channel performance and acquisition costs.
• Design and measure incrementality experiments including holdout testing and geo-based tests.
• Improve marketing attribution and signal quality in a privacy-conscious landscape.
• Build and own Customer Lifetime Value modelling to support bidding and forecasting.
• Translate complex statistical outputs into actionable recommendations for marketing stakeholders.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to optimise budget allocation and efficiency.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and insight generation.
• Contribute to experimentation standards across the data function.
