Harnham is seeking a senior marketing analytics professional to shape how marketing performance is measured in a fast-growing online marketplace. The focus is MMM, incrementality testing, attribution, and LTV modelling to inform budget decisions and drive commercial growth.

You will design experiments, translate statistical results into clear business recommendations, and partner with marketing stakeholders to optimise spend.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in marketing measurement, MMM, incrementality testing, or experimentation.
• Excellent statistical knowledge including causal inference, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design.
• Strong SQL skills with experience working in modern analytics environments.
• Experience with Python and tools such as Snowflake and dbt.
• Understanding of attribution, paid media measurement, and privacy-related challenges.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own and enhance MMM to measure channel effectiveness and marginal returns.
• Design and evaluate incrementality tests, conversion lift studies, and geo experiments.
• Improve attribution and marketing measurement frameworks.
• Build and maintain LTV models to support acquisition strategy and budget decisions.
• Translate statistical analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
• Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to optimise spend and performance.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, experimentation, and insight generation.
