Harnham is seeking a Senior Data Scientist – Marketing to own the measurement, modelling and experimentation agenda for a fast-growing, global marketplace operating across 60+ countries. This role is AI-native and focused on marketing measurement and incrementality, not generic analytics.

You’ll lead MMM, uplift models and LTV work, design robust experiments, optimise budgets, and translate outputs into actionable investment decisions while collaborating with performance marketing and the data

Qualificações

• Experience in marketing measurement, experimentation and incrementality.
• Strong statistical background with hypothesis testing and power analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and modern analytics stacks.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the company's Marketing Mix Model (MMM).
• Translate model outputs into real budget allocation decisions.
• Design and validate robust marketing experiments.
• Support lift testing, holdouts, geo-experiments and incrementality studies.
• Evaluate results using rigorous statistical methods and separate signal from noise.
