Job summary

Harnham is looking for a high-impact Senior Data Scientist to join a growing consumer-focused business investing heavily in marketing and data. You will help the organisation understand what drives customer acquisition and where marketing spend delivers the greatest return.

You will lead marketing measurement and experimentation, partnering with marketing stakeholders to improve performance and budget allocation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and incrementality testing.
• Excellent statistical and experimental design knowledge.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Understanding of attribution, paid media measurement and privacy challenges.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into commercial recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop Marketing Mix Models (MMM).
• Design and analyse incrementality and geo-based tests.
• Improve attribution and marketing measurement frameworks.
• Build and maintain Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) models.
• Deliver actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Use AI and automation to improve analytical efficiency.
