Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using data to solve problems and drive decisions
• Strong SQL skills and solid grounding in statistics
• Experience partnering with product teams to drive outcomes
• Proven track record delivering insights that impact business
• Excellent communication and ability to drive decisions from analysis
• Experience with a scientific computing language (Python)

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to identify important questions and answer them with data
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to define success metrics
• Design/build/update end-to-end data pipelines and refine data sources
• Work with product researchers to understand customers, products and business
• Influence product roadmap through exploratory analysis and quantitative research
• Build scalable data products and dashboards for self-serve insights
