Job summary

Salesforce's Fin division in London is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for Product Analytics to turn data into strategic product insights. You will partner with product, design and engineering to define success metrics and drive the product roadmap.

You’ll build end-to-end data pipelines, create models and dashboards, and communicate findings across RAD and the wider org. 5+ years in data science, SQL, Python, and BI tools are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data science experience delivering actionable insights.
• Proven ability to turn data into product decisions.
• Strong SQL and statistical analysis skills.
• Excellent communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with metrics design and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to identify questions and answer with data.
• Work with PMs, designers, and engineers to define success metrics and targets.
• Design, build and update end-to-end data pipelines.
• Collaborate with product researchers to understand customers and products.
• Influence product roadmap through experimentation and analysis.
• Build and automate actionable models and dashboards.
• Craft data stories and share findings across RAD and the company.
• Help improve RAD foundations and operations.
