Fin is seeking a data scientist to energize the RAD team with data-driven insights across product and customer experiences. You will translate complex data into actionable metrics that influence decisions and help shape the product strategy.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to build pipelines, dashboards and models, delivering impact for millions of end users and supporting strategic roadmaps with rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with data to solve problems and drive decisions.
• Excellent SQL skills and statistical approaches to problem solving.
• Track record of delivering actionable analysis with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication (technical and non-technical) and impact focus.
• Growth mindset and curiosity.
• Experience with Python or R and BI visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to identify questions and answer with data.
• Work with PMs, designers and engineers to develop success metrics and targets.
• Design, build and update end-to-end data pipelines with new data sources.
• Collaborate with product researchers to understand customers, products, and business.
• Influence product roadmap through experimentation and quantitative research.
• Build and automate actionable models and dashboards.
• Craft data stories and share findings across RAD and the company.
• Drive RAD foundations and improve org operations.
