Job summary

MetLife UK is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to join the Data, MI & Automation team. You will own MI reporting, modernise tooling with Power BI, Power Platform, and AI-driven automation, collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

You will shape the future of reporting, deliver reliable BI assets, and help transition legacy processes to governed, scalable solutions, while developing your expertise in data governance and automation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in MI, reporting and BI with ability to independently own and deliver reporting.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with legacy/VBA-based reporting is advantageous.
Strong Power BI capability, including data models, DAX measures and distribution.

Responsibilities

Own, produce and deliver accurate, timely MI and reporting to stakeholders, including legacy Excel/VBA processes.
Improve reporting by moving from manual/spreadsheet-based methods to governed BI solutions; automate where possible.
Build, enhance and maintain Power BI reports, datasets and data models aligned with enterprise standards.
