We are seeking a hands-on Data, Analytics, AI & Power BI Manager to lead a growing Data & Analytics function in the UK. This role blends team leadership with practical Power BI development, analytics, AI integration and dashboard creation to deliver business insights at scale.

You will mentor analysts and developers while coordinating BI/data delivery, ensuring robust analytics and AI solutions that align with strategic priorities. Strong stakeholder management and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power BI experience with dashboard development.
• Experience leading BI/Data teams and coordinating delivery projects.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Power BI environment and governance.
• Build Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
• Work with SQL, Power Query and DAX for data preparation and modelling.
• Explore practical uses of AI, Copilot, agents and automation in BI workflows.
• Manage and prioritise BI, analytics and AI delivery across projects.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into data solutions.
• Coach and develop analysts, developers and data professionals.
