Job summary

Mourant is seeking a Data and Reporting Manager to join the Business Solutions - Data & Reporting team. You will shape reporting capabilities, drive data quality, and foster automation and innovation across the organisation.

The role partners with senior stakeholders, IT and Data & Analytics to deliver BI solutions and meaningful insights for strategic decision-making. With a focus on Power BI, SQL and data governance, you will design dashboards, manage data quality, and support major technology

Qualifications

Proven experience developing reporting, analytics and BI solutions, including advanced Power BI capability.
Excellent knowledge of data structures, SQL, reporting methodologies and data visualisation best practices.
Demonstrated experience identifying opportunities for automation and technology-enabled business solutions.
Good understanding of data governance, data quality and information security principles.
Proven ability to engage, influence and build relationships with stakeholders across a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports and reporting portals delivering meaningful insights.
Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into data and analytics solutions.
Collaborate with IT and Data & Analytics teams to ensure accurate, secure and scalable reporting.
Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks and performance insights.
Design and optimise SQL queries to extract and prepare data from multiple sources.
