Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a hands-on Power BI developer and an insights manager to craft scalable reporting products and drive data architecture across investment management.

You will lead design, development and governance of dashboards, while guiding Agile delivery and ensuring data quality. A senior, hands-on leader role focusing on Power BI, DAX, SQL Server data sources and AI-ready data foundations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server data sources.
• Experience in data architecture, governance and testing within reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models with production support.
• Turn ambiguous needs into actionable requirements and improve user adoption.
• Lead, coach and contribute to data architecture and testing strategy.
