Job summary

MetLife UK is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to join the Data, MI & Automation team. You will own essential MI and shape its future by automating processes and migrating to modern, governed BI solutions using Power BI, Power Platform, and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will work with stakeholders across the business, reporting to the Head of Data, MI & Automation, and contribute to the monthly Data Forum.

Qualifications

• Experience in MI, reporting and BI with ability to own and deliver critical reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with legacy VBA reporting is advantageous.
• Strong Power BI capability including data models and DAX measures.

Responsibilities

• Own, produce and deliver accurate recurring MI and critical reports.
• Modernise reporting estate and automate processes to reduce manual effort.
• Build, enhance and maintain Power BI reports, datasets and data models.
